Hello, my friends and welcome back to the morning mindset.

I don't know if it's morning, afternoon, evening, night for you, but whenever you're listening

welcome, it's time for us to get our minds aligned with the truth of God.

That's the only hope we have of living a day in a way that brings glory to Him is to

be walking according to His ways, to be seeing the life the way that He sees it relating

to ourselves, to Him, to other people, to circumstances.

It is our goal with the morning mindset to be there by the time we're done with this

five to six minute recordings.

So I hope you're on track, let's get rolling.

We are in Romans chapter 15, going to look at verses 25 through 27.

The Apostle Paul is speaking to us about an opportunity that he has to be of blessing

to other people.

Let's just read the passage and we'll come back and talk about it.

He says that present, however, I'm going to Jerusalem, bringing aid to the saints.

For Macedonia and Achaea, those are two regions in the area, have been pleased to make

some contribution for the poor among the saints at Jerusalem.

So they were pleased to do it and indeed they owe it to them.

For if the Gentiles have come to share in the spiritual blessings, they had also to

be of service to them in material blessings.

Okay, well we need to unpack some of this because there are some situational things going

on that we don't quite understand at first reading.

Now Paul is in the city of Corinth, we believe, as he's writing this letter and he wants
