It's been a tough time for New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Back in February, they made the decision to cancel all of their shows up until March the 15th

in light of recommendations from the Japanese Ministry of Health. Since then the

coronavirus outbreak has continued to get worse.

after new japan progressing events between March the first and 15th were cancelled as a

result of the coronavirus outbreak and acting under the recommendations laid

out by a specialist government task force meeting

on Thursday, March the 10th. New Japan Pro Wrestling has arrived at the decision to cancel the five

events remaining in the New Japan Cup between March 16th and 21st.
