Yes, I mean just you spoke about the hands I've noticed a lot and I actually think some of the audience have I my hand movements are

getting a little out of control these days and will I try and reign it in I then feel like I'm a robot

So I started that episode again if you're just listening and watching not watching on the behind the glass YouTube channel

We are here of course to discuss the Australian Grand Prix the 2022 F1 Grand Prix in Melbourne

And boy it was good to be back in Australia. It was very good to me. It wasn't very good to be up at 5.5 a.m

Because that's what time I woke up. We're not going to hold on of American viewers slamming us being like oh come on

Guys, you can't complain about the one Grand Prix you have to wake up at 5.50 but that's the problem

It's only one like if there was if there was a few of them in a row

You would get used to waking up at that time and your body clock was shift

But because there's only one you can't get up and you're really tired. I actually do stop off

I really am. I'll admit it. I'll admit it straight away

Yeah, we're going to be moving on and not having these early stars
