1:10.2	because I felt like I didn't necessarily do a great job actually explaining the breakdown of the decision.
1:16.4	I described it as 7-2 on the equal protection point.
1:19.7	Right. And then three justices on the Supreme Court can't do this and then the four justices on the remedy in dissent.
1:30.0	And I just want to clarify a little bit.

1:40.0	Now, of course that's not signed by anyone, but we know it has to have at least five
1:44.8	votes and indeed since there's going to be four dissents right we know who the five
1:48.9	votes are they're Rehnquist Scalia O, O'Connor, Thomas, and Kennedy.
