Welcome back to the Durst show before we get to the issue of the Middle East and Israel and a possible ceasefire and I'm going to give you some surprising news about that.

Let's go to the Trump court. So now we have really

macho mono mono confrontation. The judge says, hey, one more contempt out of you, you're

off the Rikers. And Trump says, yeah, going to jail is no big deal the Constitution is more important well we'll

see let's see if the judge tries to impose in prison if he does he will be

reversed if not by the appellate

court and the Court of Appeals by the Supreme Court. The gang order is plainly

unconstitutional and what he imposed the contempt for was

clearly unconstitutional. The purpose of a gag order is to protect the

defendant. The Supreme Court has never upheld the no conflicting rights there. If you have a defendant's Sixth Amendment right, pitted against the

First Amendment right of the newspapers, okay, there's a conflict and the courts have resolved that conflict, mostly by the way, in favor of the First Amendment.
