I don't think you have to do things for money anymore. Correct. What's up, Laker fans? Welcome to the Laker Film Room podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius. And this weekend, our Lakers split a pair of games. On Friday night, they had a historic first half from Luca Donchich, 26 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists, one of only

two 25 point triple doubles in the first half over the last 30 years, and he's got both of them.

Just a remarkable performance.

Lakers got their biggest margin of victory of the season against a bad team, for sure,

but they played well.

And then a disappointing one last night,

primetime game in New York, had great buzz and energy to that game. Everybody showed out,

it was basketball light on NBC. I thought they had a great presentation. But Lakers did not

have enough, particularly on the offensive end, although after the zone flummoxed the Knicks for a little bit,

they had pretty much figured that out by the end of the game, and Lakers themselves couldn't hit a shot.

The last pod we recorded, D, was titled Austin Returns, so much for that. It had two late scratches.

He was questionable for both games, ruled out prior to the game in both instances. Certainly curious about what's going on there.

And we've got LeBron making the All-Star game once again, D. And so this week is our last week

before the trade deadline. Trade deadline is on Thursday. The game tomorrow against the Nets is the last
