Today, will the Gangnam's sex scandal change Korea?

Now Gangnam's,

now Gangnam's not just the most watched video of 2014, it's also one of the most

exclusive areas of one of the richest countries in the world. It's where the

K-pop bands and actors and TV celebrities and businessmen and in career it turns

out they are all mostly businessmen it's where the people with a lot of money, a lot of money, hang out and party.

And in some cases, take it too far, far too far.

For years, nothing's been done about it, but now the women who've been drugged

and abused and raped are talking about what they went through. And Laura Bicker, who reports for

the BBC from Seoul, the capital of South Korea, has been

trying to piece together their stories of what has been going on inside Gangnam. It's flashy, it's fashion conscious, it is the postcode that everyone is looking to be in.

It's a real symbol of prosperity and status if you've got a house there. And at night it becomes this real neon

playground of the rich, the famous, the fabulous, and those eager for a taste of

celebrity lifestyle. The cost of a night out here, it appears almost irrelevant. One really wealthy connected club goer

told is that he spent 17,000 dollars on just one evening.

There's this viral social media clip shows this man, well-dressed man, spinning on the dance floor and he's throwing these bank

notes into the air like confetti and people are kind of catching it. These bank notes are kind of

Korean Waugh and the decor round about him is loud and ostentatious, and there are moments
