Gordon, what do you think about Kyle Hendricks this year?

We haven't heard his name a lot.

He's coming off injuries and poor performance the past couple of years.

Any expectations for him in this rotation?

Yeah, he's one that people are going to forget about real fast, especially if there's some interesting and fun things to watch the first month or so the season.

But all signs so far have been positive with his comeback since spring training started.

He's thrown off a mound.

He hasn't had any setbacks.

He's expected to be back from this shoulder issue that shut him down last year sometime in May.

They don't have to rush him, you know, they, you know, assuming they stay healthy. They've got their

five guys right now. But, but yeah, if this is, if he doesn't have any setbacks and, and he comes back with just the command that we've seen him

have in a past then he could have a he can have a big impact like like immediate i mean he's an

opening day starter he's a three-time opening day starter for this club and you drop him him in somewhere, anywhere, when he's ready to go, and you're replacing your fifth best starter with him is what would happen, or a guy that's hurt.

So he could come in right away.

And if three of the other starters are going pretty well,

you could all of a sudden be talking about a guy

that's going to come in and have an impact on creating winning streaks.

And then the other thing is, you know,

but he's also a guy that could be on the block at the deadline if he's
