We’re joined today by investment manager Edward Dowd, co-founder of Phinance Technologies, for "a state of the union" of our economy. 1:36.4	This is a guy that lost his leg as a green beret comes in to the state Senate has so much good legislation. As you well know, I'm trying to
1:46.9	capture the best bills of the last few years in the country and put them together in a document.
1:52.5	And I could tell you, his bills loomed very large. And now he's going to be lieutenant governor.
1:57.9	And I don't know if that means the governor intends for him to be governor, that he's going
