On this snowing new year week, I guess we can call it.

I wanted to talk to Sarah in a sort of, in assess the president's agenda, the state

of the president's agenda, 2021 ended on a fairly dramatic note here in Washington.

As Senator Manchin said, finally, he could not support the build back, better bill

before the new year.

And we immediately heard that Democrats planned to sort of resurrect it in some form in 2022.

It's so weird to say that I was going to say 2021 again.

But in 2022, I still maintain, Sarah, that this is frankly just an impossible task for Democrats.

I don't think there's any way they can thread this needle.
