I know he had to take some time away. I know you were tuned into the NBA All-Star game. You had to tune. He had a step away from that to do the pod, of course.

I don't watch any All-Star games for anything. You know what I think? I would scrap every sports

All-Star game. Do you know who gets it right, actually? College football. You have a Heisman ceremony.

You announce the awards. You announce first team associated press. Like, who's on your first team? Second team. That kind of thing. You can also every position winning an award. Like that's pretty awesome. Yeah. Like, Sequin Barclay is going to have like no awards, like individual awards for this amazing season he had. You know, it's not necessarily, that doesn't really make sense. Right. But we just give them the award. And even a night, like, we go and watch them and that's it. We don't have an all-star game in the middle of the college football season. We don't have, like, we just, it's not necessary. And the NBA is doing everything they can to, like, try and get these guys to care. And it just doesn't matter. And you can't, you're just not going to be able to legislate this into mattering again. Like I would cut all the All Star games for all the sports because it just, it doesn't matter. Like, not at the prep level because it is fun. Like when you're a kid playing an All Star game, fun deal. Like it's a, you're gonna play hard when you're, when you're a kid. Like, it's a, it's a fun time.

But in the pros and in college, we don't do it for a reason. Like, college sports has never lacked for an all-star game in the middle of the year for any of the major sports here. But that's something I think about like, where I'm like, I'm not watching the All-Star game. I know there are people watching.

There are people who are mad right now, Matt Green, and how bad the NBA All-Star game is tonight. And I'm like, you could do other things. There's so many other things you can do. You can go watch Superstore, which my wife and I were doing right before we jumped on this podcast, Mac Green. It's a really funny thing.

I never watched it. So I'm on season three. I'd never gone through it. I've seen some of it. I haven't seen all of it. If you like Brooklyn 9-9, I think you would like it. It's like a, it's like Brooklyn 9-9 just at a Walmart. I feel like Brooklyn 9-9 is also fine. It's like, it's fine.

It's not great. It's fine. I think they're great. Oh, you big Brooklyn 9-9 fan? Yeah, I think they're great. I think that. I think it's a step down from like parks and rack or arrested development or something like that. I mean, arrested development is in its own tier like rest of development is just it's tier one season one through three to be specific yeah rest of development is is just top notch but um yeah we know we can go we can go on to that i mean always sunny is in its own but in terms of i would definitely parks and, I don't know. I think I, I judge, like, comedies like this where I, how much do I actually audibly laugh? And I don't audibly laugh at a lot of comedies. I could, like, smile or smirk or I'm like, oh, that's funny lie, whatever. But, like, if you get me to audibly laugh, like, you're a good comedy. like righteous gemstones gets me to audibly laugh like it's a good comedy like righteous gemstones gets me to

audibly laugh uh parks and recky down yeah i think parks and rick yeah you get like five six seven season

seasons in and you just like really like these people yes it's not necessarily the most like laugh

out loud show you just kind of just enjoy the show and it it does all

have it's funny moments for sure 30 rock made me laugh out loud like 30 rock has some all time

just zingers where I just I always crack up I will say that the accent they give my man

from being from stone mountain Georgia always bug me though being someone from still mountain
