statutory. They have to be set out. And so if state, like Michigan or any other

state, wants to hold mothers or fathers responsible for this kind of conduct they ought to pass a law saying it is a crime to buy your son a gun when your son is so and so and the criteria should be set out clearly and it becomes a more

aggravated crime if it results in somebody being shot etc.
