The sex trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean Diddy Combs continues this week,

featuring testimony from the rapper's

most recent ex-girlfriend. Using the pseudonym, Jane, the accuser returned to court on Wednesday

for more cross-examination. During her testimony, Jane exposed what she alleges to be Combs' dark

sexual fantasies, claiming that the rapper enjoyed watching her participate in sexual activities

with male escorts.

The defense attempted to reframe her testimony, claiming Jane consented to the quote-unquote Hotel Nights.

Combs defense team submitted a request for a mistrial over the weekend, citing prosecutorial misconduct.

However, Judge Arun Subbramian denied the motion on Tuesday.

Joining me today to discuss these updates is the hip-hop cop himself,

former NYPD detective and my friend Derek Parker.

So, Derek, you know, you and I have discussed this case before,

and it's continued, it seems to me, very much along the same track.

Let me ask you a very blunt question right up front.

Are they going to get him on this RICO?

I don't know.

Right now, I think it's 50-50 still.

So tease that out.

Why do you think that they don't have?

Because let's remember something.

This is the Southern District of New York, right? Their conviction rate is always in the 90s, well over 90%. Sometimes size 95. They don't lose cases. And they're not going to bring a case against Diddy Combs that they don't think they're going to win. But you're giving it only 50-50. Where are the flaws?
