Okay, David, we'll start with the Supreme Court.

Right after we finished our podcast last week. The Supreme Court issued its ruling in that California redistricting case. Now, we covered what amounts to the district court ruling. It's still a three-judge panel, and we had Judge Bumete dissenting from that three-judge panel, but it is the first court that hears a redistricting case.
