It's that time. What time is that exactly? It's time for oral arguments in abortion case number two.

So what you're saying? It's a terrible time. What a terrible, terrible time.

I mean, okay, yes, I'm probably way too excited for the second abortion case before the Supreme Court in as many months,

but, you know, it is. It's a terrible time. And as I always say, the only way out is through.

So the Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments in Idaho v. United States

slash Moyle v. United States next Wednesday.

It's two cases, but we're going to refer to them as the same one because the court does this all the time.

They've consolidated it.

And we've talked a lot about this case. So there's no need to go through in great detail all the facts

and details again. Briefly, it's the case about Imtala, the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active

Labor Act. That's the law that requires patients who go into Medicare funded ERs to be offered
