Greetings, parish orphans, and retrogrades. As we speak, arguments are being presented to the Supreme Court of the United States, which might well turn over Roe v. Wade jurisprudence from 1973, the abusive, abusive, abusive interpretation of the 14th Amendment,

which is really, I would say, cooked into the 14th Amendment.

Whole other question.

We've had the chance to do this before to overturn Roe about halfway between its formalization in 73 and now in 1992,

and we squandered that opportunity.

I'm going to tell you several things today.

One, why that opportunity was squandered.

Two, why it might be squandered today, but three, why it might not.

Why we might actually rid ourselves of this diabolical evil,

far more diabolical than any other evil that has ever festered at the heart of this post-republic,

including slavery, you know, the internment of Japanese Americans in World War II, horrible things, all,

segregation, blah, blah, blah.

Abortion's worse than all of them.

And we have the unique shot to get rid of them now today.

You know, the Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments.

And that doesn't mean that we're going to hear from today.

But I would point out this case hails from my native Mississippi.

My native Mississippi.

The case is called Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health.

It centers around a 2018 Mississippi state law that protects unborn babies by banning abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
