Robbie Gold could be returning to the Bears.

On a potential reunion, Robbie said,

I'd quote, do it in a heartbeat.

Do it in a heartbeat.

I'd love to win impossible, so I'm being a little picky in where I'm going to go.

But at 40 years old, I'm playing 18 years in the league, I feel like I've earned the ability to do that.

He said also, quote, I'd obviously want to play closer to home.

That's one of the big things that spent a lot to me, and we're filtering through those opportunities and waiting for the right time to do it.

When he was asked if he'd be open a reunion with the Bears,

Bobby said for sure if they called and said, hey, we want you to play for us. I do it in a heartbeat.

Hebrose Santos, he's entering the final year of his deal with the Bears.

And if they caught Santos, it'd only be a $1.5 million dead cap hit.

But Robbie Gold, still open, still excited, and still wanting to play with the Bears, even at 40 years old.

Bobby Gold's been so solid for a number of years?

He obviously has tons of experience, 18 years.

Can you believe he's 40 years old?

I didn't even know that until I read that article.
