I can't say lifetime because I was around, but I wasn't a grown productive adult at the time that we went through this last time.

Interest rates, the way the Federal Reserve is cranking on the rates with inflation out there.

It's created some unique things.

Truthfully, it's created a first in money guy history.

That's saying something because we started doing this show in 2006.

In show prep, we were like, hey, what of interest rates?

If you look at the Fed funds rate from when we started this show in 2006 to where we are now,

you'll notice there is an ocean of period of low interest rates.

We started high. If you look in 2006, you can see that the Fed funds rate was over 5%,

but then ever since then, we had a pretty steep drop down the mountain, went into this valley.
