let's start off with you. What's on your mind?

As you can probably imagine, I'm thinking about the bonds, credit markets leading. I think

the way I'm looking at it is that credit is leading the market and all the other markets

are following as a result of that. The most interesting thing for me is just going

back two weeks to that Thursday when I was talking to Katie Stockton who said that tomorrow

the next day we would have a price signal where two Friday consecutive Fridays above a

114-25 level, I think it was that she gave us would mean that we were breaking resistance

at that level. The next stop was 150. Interestingly enough, here we are just below the 150 mark.

We actually shot above yesterday and we're meeting resistance at 150. It was a really

steep move in rates. I think that we were well extended and so obviously you would expect

the pullback, but according to the technicals, this is the area of resistance that we should

expect. We might be lingering here for a while. Potentially, if the rate move is over,

perhaps next week will be a calmer week.

Obviously, the curve is steepening on the 10. Same thing happening on the 30 and also

a little bit of juice happening at the front end of the curve, the two-year yield check.
