It was best time against Newcastle. It was a game that Newcastle won. The only goal of the game coming from Bruneau Gimareche. We did see a big say from Alfonso Aureola and a big miss from Sucheck in the first minute as well, but Newcastle take all three points away from this game.

This is how things are looking in the standings right now. Newcastle level on points with Manchester City but behind on goal difference, which is the reason why they're sick.

Listen, I think West Ham are in no real danger.

So you just kind of feel that this is a team that have one eye on next season and improving

under Graham Potter.

That'll come in the summer for Newcastle.

Again, a team with one eye on the cup final to come.

And kind of given how things played out last season, Pope was sent off right before the

Cup final.
