You know, what is it that you and other MPs perhaps want to see in terms of updating how the Commons operates?

The first thing to say is this is a really significant moment in terms of the scale of the

newness of the Parliament and the huge opportunity for different working practices to be

recognised. The second thing that's important to really notice is the diversity of this parliament is something that the prime

minister's talked about, something I'm sure you've covered as well, in terms of the most women

ever and a really significant opportunity to make sure that parliament is representative of the

work experiences and also life, family experiences. The key things that I think that I'm not on
