Spring, not all springs.

Some springs are not over.

But the Buckeyes at the spring game on Saturday.

And tomorrow we're not doing just a regular old show, Chris.

Not that we haven't been all spring, really, but it'll be our final hurrah before we flip into spring evaluation,

segments, and then ultimately like, next season.

We kind of closed a book on spring and get ready for season

the month of may june july so it's here the spring game's here chris how is your week going

really good man and this is the weekend of like the really good spring games right yeah like

you've got ohio state you've got i believe oklahoma is this week too. I know Georgia, Texas weekend. Michigan is this weekend. So, like, this is the week for most, most of the good spring games. Yeah. So it'll be honestly, like, what will happen is, like, we will obviously, like, be really locked in the Ohio State Spring game. And then we're going to spend next week kind of gathering notes from all the other contenders spring games and their springs kind of comparing and contrashing. So I'm really excited, man, dude. Like, like to have football on TV again, even though it is just a tease because we got to wait then a whole summer and then a whole fall before we get it again. But I'm really excited for, uh, for Ohio State Spring football in particular. Yeah, it's going to be fun. It's going to be fun to watch and just watch young players that maybe haven't played a lot, make some plays in front of a crowd, get excited. You know, you can start to see guys kind of development in these spring games. I won't say it's a predictor of success. I mean, obviously if the offense offense just looks terrible and O-Lines giving a bunch of sacks, that could be a real problem. But we're probably, no matter what happens Saturday, we're probably going to walk out of it feeling good about the Buckeyes. And that's the good thing because they're going to fabricate ways to get Chris Henry Jr. on a walk on DB just to get a highlight real touchdown, right? They're going to find ways

to make those moments happen for the fans and for the players. So it's fun. You, did you guys do that when you guys were there? Was there some acting going on? You're like, Oh, absolutely. All the time. We have guard Torrance Gibson because I don't know who y'all had on the one game, but I thought I was watching the fucking reincarnated. Dude, and it wasn't even like intentional fabrication of big plays, but it would be like, you know, because everyone's going to play. And all of a sudden, you'd see a walk on corner is not very good out there. And you tell your corner, you're like, hey, let's take a shot to Devin Smith right here because they got that they got a walk on corner in. So it's more like game planning than it is like, all right, hey, put a walking corner on. Put a walk on corner in so that Devin can score a touchdown. That was, that never happened. You guys had a chalk, chalk, chalk, milk, milk. It's more like, oh, shit, they got a shitty DB in. Let's take a shot and score a touchdown. Just game planning stuff. So it was all good.

I got to say, dude, it's the worst when you're the bad defender on a team, no matter of the sport, and you know that they're coming your way. It's the worst feeling in the world, man. I never forget rugby. I was a really bad defender, really bad. And one of the top players in the city, the whole bench sort of pointing towards me when they saw me out there line up left against him it's it's a fucking terrible feeling
