The transfer portal has been open for more than 24 hours, and there is heavy action, but of course, I don't know if we're ever going to have another topic on this show, Ari.

We still got to talk about Nico because it doesn't seem like Nico to UCLA is done. It seems like

it may be heading that way, but it doesn't seem done yet. Yeah. Usually when you get a

report that someone's going somewhere than like 10 other people are like, yeah, that's true.

And that's not that Bruce and Dave at the athletic are wrong, but we at on three just don't

feel comfortable reporting it yet. So. And ESPN and 24-7. And so it's been a strange past 24 hours because normally these things work a little

bit differently normally the the place starts to leak it out and they tend to leak it out to

everybody at once and this has been a little more of a drip drip drip situation and we're

waiting for other things to kind of pop

as well because there are side effects to this if this winds up happening. But we also had the

counteroffensive from Team Nico. They had the front office sports story saying, no, it wasn't

money. It was the offense. And of course that that was also passed along by

colin cowherd who uh was the first to report the nico to ucla news calling howard not not really known

as a college football insider but uh yeah passed along the family claims it's not about the money

it's about the ball football offense which uh, uh-huh, okay, sure.

So you knew Josh Heipel wasn't leaving in December, so you knew the offense would be the same,

yet you waited until April.

And now you're going to put him with an offensive coordinator whose next play call will be his first.
