Summary

Dear David, thank you for all your amazing podcasts that you release constantly. It is without a doubt the show that i tell people to listen to, Its not preachy and i really get the feeling that you have shared the insides, outsides and downsides of what you have created. I would like to ask a question around the burnout you mention often on the show, I can totally understand why you keep on referencing it, as I have seen many people fall apart over the last few years and most of it was simply down to taking on too much all the time. Is there anything that you do now, which you didn't do then which has made all the difference? And secondly, if you would be kind enough to talk about what you do on a daily basis in regards to your health. The reason that I am asking this is I would to start my own business, but im quite fragile healthwise at the best of times so I am reluctant to cause more issues to myself. Extremely kind regards Joan SMith (Not my real name), Australia (Not My Real Country)
