What are the current changes that are going on, including today's announcement out of Pittsburgh? What does that do to the effects on what might change for the chief staff? Then we're going to get into what are they waiting for? What are the holdups in this process that I think a lot of the fan base is really eager to see? And we start with him because I, Matt, thought that there was a possibility

that we could see a new opening in Pittsburgh.

I did not expect it to be because Mike Tomlin chose to walk away,

even after what was a hideous performance on Monday night playoff football.

Did the situation surprise you as much as it surprised me?

I mean, it really did because I did not think that Mike Tom would be the one to walk away.

I mean, and I don't understand can really even consider why Pittsburgh

was even been thinking about the possibility, why there's a conjecture. I'm a little bit like

Aaron Rogers here. I don't know why there was conjecture that Mike Tomlin would be on any kind of a

hot seat because have you looked at that roster? Have you looked at the quarterback situation?
