Well, we've had the verdict, guilty on all counts, not surprising, I predicted it, with this prosecutor,

this judge, or this jury, it would have been a shock, even if there had been a hung jury of one or two holdouts.

And now we move to the sentencing phase.

And the judge has lots of options

in terms of his, what sentences he can impose.

Theoretically, he can put him in jail for four years and say,

you know, officers of the court, put him in handcuffs, take him to Rikers Island.

He could do that.

That would be stayed immediately.

An appellate court would issue a stay pending appeal.

So the judge is not going to do that.

He's not going to want to get reversed.
