Jeremy Corbyn, former Labour leader and the former Labour MP for

this seat is Lincoln North for over four decades, but his old party beat him out.

Kiastarma, the Labour leader, campaigned on a platform of being

Corbyn's friend, of carrying on his domestic policies, well all that went out the window of course.

Now a lot of people think Corbyn surely will will walk it here in Lismton North

he's very well regarded as a constituency MP even when people don't agree with him.

I think that's a mistake. I think there's a lot of complacency.

Islington where we are here has a massive

turnover of people so that is people moving in and out. Lots of people don't

know what constituency they're in let alone who the local MP is. There's the fact that the

Labour Party has data of where people are and who they're voting for. An

independent campaign starts from scratch and that's a problem because you've got to identify your

voters to get them to come out and vote for you on polling day.

How are people who have voted Lib Dem in the past going to vote?

Well a lot of them might just go over to labour.

There's also the problem that people often turn up to vote for a party and

there's this idea been spread including I think by the Labor Party that is

either you vote labor you get Tories that's not true here I've just gone to use some of

the challenges there's a lot of obstacles there so I want to go and speak to his

campaign I want to speak to him as well I want to speak to

voters on the streets I want to see what the general vibe and the general mood is.

But I don't think it's automatically the bag for Jamie Corbyn at all.
