Well, the theme of this meditation from Psalm chapter 18 is trust.

Having the faith to surrender to placing our trust in something other than ourselves.

So to begin your meditation, slip into a time and space of trust.

And to surrender this very moment to God, spirit, and sun.

Trusting in the divine rock, the Holy Fortress, an eternal stronghold of God.

Start by listening and responding to this prayer from Psalm chapter 91 and respond to

Heavenly Father.
