0:16.4	In 1999, I was a high school student in Texas.
0:21.6	And the A&M bonfire collapsed.
0:24.0	And it was a huge, huge deal.
0:26.8	It was November 18th, 1999.
0:29.6	And it was a hard thing to watch as a senior in high school
0:32.8	to have so many friends who were there.
0:34.1	We didn't know what was going on.
0:36.6	And this one voice really stood out.
0:39.5	And it was the student body president of A&M at the time
0:42.6	who really spoke for everyone in the state.
0:46.4	And it was incredible.
0:47.3	And his name, as you might guess, was Will Hurd.
0:50.6	Fast forward a few years.
0:52.3	And I got to meet Will in Austin over some margaritas
0:55.4	in case of it, Elroyo.
