at Blisterreview.com. Today on the show, we are talking with Will Gadd, who has established a number of the hardest mixed ice climbing lines in the world.

He's also set the world distance record for paragliding, twice.

He's kayaked down dozens of first descents across North America, and he won the Canadian National

Sports Climbing Championships four times. And yet, I think the most extraordinary thing about

Will might just be his infectious enthusiasm for doing just about anything outdoors, and that's something that we're going to be

talking about in this episode.

And it's that enthusiasm coupled with his passion for making sure that the next generation

and the generations after them have the same opportunities.

So in this conversation, I am talking to one of the best ice climbers

of all time, but Will and I also talk quite a bit about skiing and paragliding and rock climbing

and kayaking and mountain biking and how all of these different sports relate to one another.

The Last Ascent, which documents Will's return to Mount Kilimanjaro in February 2020 to climb

Well, Will Gad, how are you today and where are you today?

I'm pretty good, Jonathan.

I'm in Canmore, Alberta, which is straight north of Idaho, pretty much.
