Jonathan Friedland, can you remember what you were doing on the 20th of May 2020?

Well, I don't think I'd have been able to identify the exact date until all this story blew up,

but like a lot of people, I have been looking back scrolling through the photos on the phone,

and it's jogged memories, or exactly that period, the weather, as we know, was glorious and sunny,

and I think I like a lot of people around that period. I can't nail it to that day,

but around that period was taking the first tentative steps out into the open.

So that was when going into the park and walking with a friend, I remember who it was,

and keeping deliberately very, you know, vigilantly a distance, because that's how

where we were of breaking the rules and of risking anything, and it was one other person,

and it had to be in the park, it couldn't be anywhere else, and that seemed like a big treat.

Meanwhile, what was happening in Downing Street?

Well, a rather different picture has emerged of life on May the 20th, 2020 in Downing Street.

We now know that there was a Garden Party, organized because the weather was so good,

there were about 100 invitees. The invitation came from the personal private secretary to the

prime minister, apparently about 40 people showed up of the 100 that were invited.

The wording is extraordinary. The invitation that went by email and the email was found by ITV
