The Biden administration is considering undoing the Trump

administration's approach to accusations of sexual misconduct

on campus.

I hope they don't go back to the Obama administration's

Kangaroo Court approach, where women were always believed men

did not have an opportunity to challenge their accusers

and where there was no cross-examination and no fair

process.

Let's hope that the Biden administration's proposed

process comes closer to the Trump administration's fair

process than to the Obama administration's outrageously

unfair process on the dirt show.

that the Trump administration accorded young men in colleges

and universities who were accused of sexual misconduct
