the Supreme Court Justice Breyer is retiring apparently he didn't know he was retiring just yet

he is being pushed out the door a little early he uh do you know when his term is up is at the end

of the year or there's no term you serve life there's no term but apparently there are not term

but there's court sessions you know the term of the court so i think it ends in october okay

october so i think he'd kind of let everybody know that this would be his last

Supreme Court term, like when it's over, the court has a, it's like a baseball season. In other words,

it's like Tom Brady, when the season is over in October. He, now he had said,

recent years, he said he would retire at some point. He said, I'm not going to die in that chair. I'm not going to die in that office. So it was known he would retire at some point he said i'm not going to die in that chair i'm

not going to die in that office so it was known he would retire at some point and then

recently he was making noises that at the end of this supreme court term he would retire so in

october he was kind of letting everybody know that may be it in october and he'll step down so

joe biden's White House announced his retirement.

He didn't want to announce it just yet.

I think he was waiting until the end of the Supreme Court session and then announce it.

But the Democrats were calculating all of this.

Let's say in October, towards the end of October, he announced his retirement.

Well, then there's an election coming, a midterm.

There's no way to confirm anybody with two, three days till the election.
