Well, police arrested Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, yes yes 17 years old, Antioch, Wisconsin for fatally shooting a

Another video shows Rittenhouse opened fire with a rifle after he's knocked to the ground and then calmly walking toward police vehicles with his hands

Rittenhouse then fled the state and was considered a fugitive.

He was arrested.
