This is much more of a, this is a dream come true for me. It honestly is. I've wanted to do this for a long time. I've done it.

Some of you have been in Wilderness Society gatherings that were just exclusively for those spiritual sons that were already in ministry and sometimes can't get to my office or get to some one-on-one time the way they'd like to,

although many of them are learning just to rearrange their schedule to try to make that happen.

That really means a lot to me.

We've done these in kind of gatherings where we went away for maybe three days at the time, but it always seemed like they never happened the way that I really wanted them to happen.

And now we're in a setting where we're going to begin to do these every month.

And I'm honored that every one of you would consider this valuable enough that you'd rearrange your life to get here,

especially after five days of what we've just been in.

I think I counted in my time about right. I've spent about 52 hours in my office since Friday.

And it's almost there where it is over there. So we just Matt felt it when he came up with the microphone.

He walked in the door and said, whoa. So the Lord is just hovering on us right now. It's an incredible place to be. Again, this is going to be much more of a classroom-type setting. If you brought stuff to take notes, that would be great. My chief encouragement to you is to get this podcast, Jordan, wherever Jordan is. We'll be downloading this and having this ready for you. Especially in the first one of these

I'm calling these the gatherings of the Wilderness Society, and I want to

recapture a word that God always intended to be positive, that a misunderstanding of what a

positive confession really is robbed us from the value of what we mean when we say the wilderness.

And we begin to see a God ordained period as a negative because we associated

wilderness with negativity. Salah. We began to see a God ordained period in the process of every

journey on the way to being influential for the kingdom as a negative and it really

what it is as a positive it's going to be a lot tonight a statement came out of
