The bad cop was chosen before the news this morning. My bad cop is Middlesbrough Football

Club, just in general, after what was an abject 1-0 defeat at Coventry on Saturday.

Since then, for those who haven't seen, Chris Wilder has been sacked, his contract has been

terminated at Middlesbrough, which maybe doesn't

really come as a massive surprise.

We'll get on to that in a second.

I'm just going to quickly talk about the game and why they're bad cop first.

I mean, this was a really bad performance from Borough, up against the Coventry side,

who have been conceding so many goals of the season, who's actually against is very, very poor. They've started the season badly.

Or the part of that is because they had to play so many games early on in the season away from home.
