Mike, I'm getting tired of running outside. I hate running outside. It's bumpy. It's cold's miserable so you know I'm not exactly rocky Balboa so I just knocked out as my workout

100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups which reminds me of and 200 jumping jacks Herschel Walker used to famously do 500

push-ups a day at a thousand setups a day. Doesn't that just make you sick even

thinking like that? Yeah, it really does. I mean, of course, you know, I mean, I'm impressed you doing 100 pushups, 100 sit-ups.

That's damn good too. I mean, I'm trying as well. We're quarantine as Uncle Juner said,

I don't know how much more of this I could take I need I need Dr.

Kennedy to come over and tell me this is going to be a really good situation so I admire

you a D that's impressive to do that that's great I appreciate it, Mike.

We're doing what we can.

Hopefully we'll get some pelletons along

and make it easier for both of us.

But we'll talk more about how we're keeping ourselves busy

during this quarantine.

But we do some NFL news Mike breaking news the NFL owners approving

playoff expansion for the 2020 season so wildcard weekend is gonna have three

games in Saturday January 9th and three games on Sunday January 10th of 2021.

The NFL voted on Tuesday to expand the playoffs.

This was a conference call with the League's 32 owners.

You gotta get 24 votes, which is 75% so the expanded

post season proposal 14 teams seven from each conference 12 teams play a

wild card weekend the two number one seeds get the playoff by the three division
