So, you know, this thing with Kenan's law, you don't need it.

The problem here is the Gaming Commission isn't enforcing the laws that are already on the books.

If you go to a casino and you gamble there, they're supposed to send you every month your win-loss

information. How much you bet, how much you won, how much you lost, so you can make an informed

decision of do you gamble and if so how much.

But they're not doing it and the Gaming Commission is not enforcing it.

So rather than trying to change the law, let's enforce the law that we have already.

It's there to protect the consumers so they make an informed choice.

John, the consumers are adults. They don't need to be

protected when it comes to gambling. It's their money. If I want to gamble... Absolutely. Absolutely

agree with you. If I want to gamble a thousand... If I go out and make my money and I want to gamble a thousand bucks a day of it, then

the state has zero.
