been justifying Halloween or justifying all of the sweet treats I've been indulging in because

I'm like, you only get Halloween month once a year. So that's my, that's been my view. I mean, with that logic, yeah. That's every, every holiday, every month.

365 yellow. We can give you holidays every day. Right. Yeah, I like this. It's a trend. It's a trend.

It is. Have you figured out your Halloween costume or have your kids figured theirs out?

We're so behind the curve. It's crazy this year.

My kids actually said today, when are we going to get our costumes? And they kind of know what they want to be. I don't want to say what they are. They're a little silly. And they might still change them. So we're not really sure. I have an idea in mind. You know, I usually do like a costume that's more of like a, you know, I like to play

with makeup and do like a really grim makeup look for Halloween. So I have an idea. I think I'm going to

go a little crazy this year and use stencils and try and do like a mermaid with a twist. So not a

scary twist. It'll be interesting to see if I can pull this off. So, yeah, so I'll have to let you know how that goes. What about you? Do you have a costume planned? I do. Mine involves a box. So I'm literally going in the complete opposite of glam. And a box is basically the centerpiece of my outfit. But I'm excited because it's like one of those fun.

It's a very Melissa, one that like no one in my neighborhood will understand and like two people on the internet will get.

So, but that's me. I'll go with it. Yeah, it'll be fun. So we'll have to have to post pictures if we follow through with this and actually commit before then, right? I know. Well, I've done, I have done some adventurous makeup looks. We have. Yeah, for Halloween. And I always really enjoy it. And this year, Halloween is on a weekend. So I'm like, oh, well, that means I can just wake up and do this look and have it all day. And it't be weird because it'll be a weekend day and I can just walk around that way. So now, yeah, so I'm going to just try out something a little more complicated this time. So if it works out, yeah, maybe we'll post pictures of our Halloween adventures. If it doesn't work out, then you just won't see. We never said this. Yeah, exactly. All right. So getting into the episode this

week, back in the earlier 2000s, I actually used to watch a bit more TV than I do now.

I can't tell you anything that's going on with the real housewives or the 90-day fiancés.

And honestly, even those two shows feel like I am still behind the times of knowing there's probably newer things out there that I don't even know about. I have to say, I feel very personally attacked that those are the two that you listen. I was going to say, I feel like these are very general ones. And Melissa's going to be like, wow, that you could have been like a little bit more original. I mean, we could go love after lock up, walking a platform. We've got options, Mandy.

But yes, those work for this, for this situation. Right. But if it was 2007 and you wanted to talk to

me about reality TV, I would have been happy to talk about shows like sister wives. And America's

next top model intervention, Pimp My Ride, which I think qualifies as a reality TV show.

I would give it to you.

And I did watch a little bit of John and Kate Plus 8.

So I really used to be quite the TV watcher.
