Summary

In 2022, a 25-year-old Hannah Pettey got away with her life and her kids–an extremely lucky end to the situation she was in. Her husband, 36-year-old Brian Mann was charged with attempted murder after authorities say he was trying to poison Hannah with lead. How did Mann get his hands on the toxic metal? As a chiropractor, he was having some lead installed in the walls of the X-ray room in his office… an X-ray room that he also made use of to try to proclaim his innocence. He was suggesting that he couldn’t have poisoned his wife, he was being poisoned with lead as well. But when questioned further on that, he could hardly hide his fear of getting caught.

It kind of balances out some of the tougher episodes that I do. And I think these

1:45.7	So in 2025 so far, Higher Hope has processed 18 total grants.
1:50.5	That breaks down to 10 Hope grants and eight Empower grants for a total of $117,441 in total funds dispersed.
1:59.7	And I am so, so proud of that. I mean, higher hope has been able to do
