2:05.9	overturned his 2005 death sentence and then in October, the same court ordered a new hearing
2:11.8	because a prejudicial misconduct by a juror. That juror failed to reveal that while pregnant,
2:18.1	she'd sought a restraining order against her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend.
