Sure, yes, the seven commitments of a great team. It just came out of as my book and I really believe it's my favorite book I've written. It's my best book. I feel like I've been writing this book for 54 years. That's how long it took to write this book because it's a collection of my experiences and it all started with me back in the day growing up in Long Island, New York.
