I'd like to talk to you today about the truth that success is generous.

Sometimes I think that women, we struggle with this a bit.

We think, oh, I don't want to outshine anybody, I don't want them to

feel bad, I don't want to take up too much space because maybe that means that there's less

space for somebody else. I think that sometimes we have this very interesting relationship with

success where we want it and we don't want it, we crave it and we fear it. There can be like a dance

around the things that we want because we don't always feel like we should go for them and yet we want to go for them and it's exhausting.

It's all this inner tension within us, this way, that way, this way, this way, this way, this way, this this way that way this way that way I would like to share with you

my way of looking at success however you define success for your own life whatever

that means to you, it's so subjective, and how I think about it and

welcome it, create a healthy relationship with it for me day to day. There are two things that I think of when it comes to success. Number one,

success is generous because it shows that if someone can do something it's available to other people

too.

Whatever that is, successfully navigating a divorce, creating a multimillion dollar company,

moving after a certain age, not knowing anybody to a completely new country and setting up a beautiful life.

Whenever we're doing that, even though we know that maybe other people would love to do that

and they haven't done it yet, or they may judge you or criticize you or feel kind of uncomfortable with the fact that you're showing them what they haven't done,

it is still generous because we need real life role models.

I think of the who have inspired you.

Yeah, maybe some people intimidate you too.

But haven't people who've done the things that we want,
