Hi, friends. I'm sitting in a hotel room in Spain right now. My daughter Bridges is an

Annie out here. I'll tell you what she was getting a little homesick. This is her first time away from home. It's been about two months and I knew I needed to book a last minute trip to come and just be with her. We did run up to Paris for a few days this last weekend and yes we did eat our weight in croissants, but we're walking around to the museums and something that I saw was super inspiring and I wanted to share it with you.

We ran over to the Picasso Museum and first off did you know he died in the 70s?

Apparently I was not paying attention in any sort of art history class whatsoever, or even in any history class. Paris made me realize how little I know. Anyway, I'm looking around at his art. We came across this temperature, humidity, controlled glass case and was displaying some of his early drawings early sketches like super early as in a

drawing of a banana a cheese wedge and cheese knife it was so super basic and I was thinking my boys have drawn

stuff like this why does this have value it's simple it's. I mean the lines on the knife aren't even that straight. Then we go into the next room and there are hair clippings and fingernail clippings in another glass case.

Bridges is giggling about it as I'm over there like gagging.
