Boost Hospitality Podcast Season 6 Episode 3 The beauty of Outsourcing and VA and with the advancement of the internet is that when you want to hire a member staff, you don't have to hire somebody from the local area. You could but again, you couldn't get the right person of what you need. With the countries like Philippines and India where the state of living and pay is so less and you are able to find a quality member that can do the task you need and for them they can get a job satisfaction. For the most part why I love out sourcing is that I can set a task at 6pm and I know that when I wake up in the morning it is done. Like most people, I did everything. I did the payments, I did the ID check, I did the telephone calls, replying to enquiries by phone call by email by text. You have to be realistic, nobody if gonna be as perfect as you.
