need another New Year's resolution. The idea of every December scurrying to do some self-reflection so that you can hit January with some newfound momentum to me is silly.

them all year long. Oh, I didn't get my vitamins this year so I'm going to overdose on multivitamin.

It's ridiculous. The idea that you're going to be healthy

resolutions? Here's the sad part. Most of us only self-reflect when we make our resolutions or when something goes wrong.

We don't reflect a lot, we're not intentional when things are going good.

We reflect and we get intentional and things start to go bad.

It's reactive instead of proactive.

But the version of self-reflection that we use all the time, which is reactive reactive reactive reactive it leaves us overwhelmed and discouraged and then if you're overwhelmed and discouraged for a long time guess what happens next?
