So this morning, I want to try to explain why you probably suck at delegating and help

you not suck anymore.

You see, most people get up on delegating because the people that they delegate to don't

do it right, or do it the way that you wanted it done.

Or it's just faster for you to do it yourself, is that sound familiar?

All of that is BS.

They didn't do it wrong.

You did.

You failed to delegate correctly.

You see, delegation is not abdicating.

You can't just say, here, you do this.

There is a certain lady that I know who will remain nameless from my own safety.

She had recently hired a housekeeper, but she was soon fired.

And I asked her why.

She said, because the housekeeper used inferior products and she didn't clean the house the

way I wanted.

I asked her, well, how much time did you spend training the housekeeper on your preferences?

And did you provide the housekeeper with the products that you wanted her to use?

Her response was, she's a housekeeper.
