And it made some permanent, meaningful, and actual changes to my real life, lifestyle, habits,

Because it's all six of those things that created the results of my life, and if I wanted to get new results, I was going to have to go change those six things, and you will too. And I'm here each week to help you change those six things so that you can get the results in your life that you preserve, which is the body of life of your dreams.
