Some of you are considering a promotion right now, some of you are hoping for a promotion.

And I think that a lot of you need to be saying no to the next time you're offered a promotion.

What?

How is that possible?

Because a lot of the times the promotions you're being offered are not a good fit.

It's that simple.

It's just not a good fit and yet you take it.

And I would submit to you that taking a promotion that isn't a good fit will end up putting

you behind.

So why do we take promotions that we shouldn't take?

This is the question, the reason is there is intense pressure that we put on ourselves

and let's be honest, there's just intense relational pressure, cultural pressure, three

types of pressure coming your way.

And the pressure is you got to move up, got to move up, got to be successful.

And again, I want everybody to be successful.

That's what this entire show is about as you being the best version of you to make a difference

in the world.
