Just a few announcements for you guys. I say this a lot but if you're not a part of

There's so many posts like I can't even keep up with them anymore but if you're looking for high integrity men,

if you're looking for that high integrity mentorship in your life where you can

literally find support now I'll tell you I mean some some pretty cool things that have

happened in that particular group which is it's really

interesting when you put a keyboard and a screen in front of a guy and suddenly and in

front of a group which by the way where it's all about being raw being

authentic and being vulnerable and I use those terms carefully because some of those

terms don't necessarily resonate with us but I'll tell you there's tremendous strength in that.

And when guys reach out you put a keyboard and a screen in front of a guy, suddenly they feel very

comfortable asking just about anything, whether that's, hey, I need some insight on my job, I need some

insight on my relationships, I need some insight on the relationship with my wife and I, I need

some insight on confidence, I need some, it's amazing and the feedback that we're
